The Rivercrest Colts basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Hoxie Mustangs to 31 in the Colts league triumph on Friday.

The Colts now have a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to Memphis Home Education Association for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Rivercrest will confront a team coming off a 96-78 non-league win over Bolton (Arlington, TN). The record now stands at 19-4.

With the loss, Hoxie falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR) to confront the Bobcats in a 3A Region 3 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 1-12.
