In Friday's league test, the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL) basketball squad trounced the host St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), by a score of 77-42.
Next, the Grey Ghosts clash with the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) in a Illini Prairie test, on Tuesday, January 21. Illinois Valley Central will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record.
The Sabers (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Tolono Unity (Tolono, IL). The Rockets come into the Illini Prairie test with a 13-6 record.
