In Friday's league contest, the host Kentwood Conquerors basketball team scored a big 90-65 triumph over the Tahoma Bears.
The Conquerors (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Glacier Peak (Snohomish, WA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league contest with a 13-1 record. In their last contest, Glacier Peak smashed Arlington (Arlington, WA), 57-44, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Tahoma will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 67-51 league loss to Auburn (Auburn, WA).
