Lincoln County Lynx (Panaca, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Laughlin Cougars (Laughlin, NV), 74-54 in a league match.

With the victory, Lincoln County upgrades its record to 13-5 on the year. The Lynx travel to Needles (Needles, CA) to face the Mustangs in a 2A Southern match on Saturday, January 18. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 18-0. Needles won 76-22 in their recent league match against Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV)

The Cougars now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host White Pine for a 2A Southern match on Saturday, January 18. Laughlin will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 50-42 league win over Founders Classical Academy (Las Vegas, NV). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-8.
