Texas High School Basketball - Utopia crushes Leakey

The Utopia Buffaloes (Utopia, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX), 81-30 in Friday's league bout.

The Buffaloes now possess a 20-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nueces Canyon for a 1A Region IV District 31 bout on Monday, January 20. Utopia will play a Panthers team coming off a 74-22 league loss to D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Leakey falls to 0-16 on the campaign. The Eagles host Comstock (Comstock, TX) to play the Panthers in a 1A Region IV District 31 bout on Tuesday, January 21.
