Maine High School Basketball - Lincoln Academy triumphant over Oceanside

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lincoln Academy Eagles (Newcastle, ME) and the visiting Oceanside Mariners (Rockland, ME), observed Lincoln Academy's basketball team overwhelm Oceanside by a score of 76-51.

The Eagles (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Panthers come into the B South challenge with a 15-0 record.

In their next game, the Mariners battle the Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. Oceanside will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 59-42 league loss to Gardiner (Gardiner, ME).
