In Friday's non-league contest, the host Lindsay Leopards basketball team scored a good 40-27 triumph over the Pauls Valley Panthers.

The Leopards (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Dragons go into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Purcell was toppled by Bridge Creek (Blanchard, OK), 42-40, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Sulphur Bulldogs (Sulphur, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Pauls Valley will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 58-52 league loss to Byng (Ada, OK).
