With the loss, Rice falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX) to confront the Lions in a 3A Region III District 18 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions go into the game with a record of 9-13. Blooming Grove lost 76-30 in their recent league game against Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX)
