California High School Basketball - Needles overwhelms White Pine

January 17, 2025: Needles, CA 92363

The Needles Mustangs basketball team scored 77 points and limited the visiting White Pine Bobcats to 24 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now have a 19-0 record. They play next when they host Lincoln County for a 2A Southern game on Saturday, January 18. Needles will confront a Lynx team coming off a 51-49 league win over GV Christian (Henderson, NV). The Lynx record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, White Pine falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Laughlin (Laughlin, NV) to confront the Cougars in a 2A Southern game on Saturday, January 18. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 2-5. Laughlin won 56-46 in their recent league game against Lake Mead Christian Academy (Henderson, NV)
