In Friday's non-league contest, the host North Valley Baptist Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 50-40 triumph over the University Prep Academy Golden Eagles.

The Bulldogs (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against El Primero (San Jose, CA). The Lobos go into the Private School - South contest with a 0-5 record.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles battle the Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) in a Private School - Bay contest, on Tuesday, January 21. University Prep Academy will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Black Bears go into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 58-39 non-league win over Woodside (Woodside, CA).
