The Spartans (11-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Dayton (Dayton, TX). The Broncos come into the 5A Region III District 18 challenge with a 16-10 record. In their last challenge, Dayton prevailed over West Fork (Kingwood, TX), 55-48, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Gators encounter the Splendora Wildcats (Splendora, TX) in a 5A Region III District 18 challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. West Fork will attempt to improve on its 11-12 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 12-14 record after their 36-34 league loss to Crosby (Crosby, TX).
