The Southeastern Mustangs basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Susan Moore Bulldogs to 70 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to Hayden for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Southeastern will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 59-53 league win over Corner (Warrior, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, Susan Moore falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to West End (Walnut Grove, AL) to confront the Patriots in a 2A Area 12 game on Friday, January 24. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 3-15.
