Utah High School Basketball - Alta nips Olympus

In Friday's league contest, the host Alta Hawks basketball team scored a close 57-55 win over the Olympus Titans.

The Hawks (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bengals come into the 5A Region 6 contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Brighton edged Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT), 66-36, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Titans battle the East Leopards (Salt Lake City, UT) in a 5A Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Olympus will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Leopards come into the contest with a 3-11 record after their 45-25 league win over Highland (Salt Lake City, UT).
