In Friday's league contest, the visiting Armuchee Indians basketball team scored a big 61-6 win over the Dalton Academy Pumas.
The Indians (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA). The Trojans come into the A D1 Region 7 contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Gordon Lee smashed Dade County (Trenton, GA), 43-38, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Pumas battle the Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA) in a A D1 Region 7 contest, on Saturday, January 18. Dalton Academy will attempt to better on its 0-13 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 6-11 record after their 48-16 league loss to Armuchee (Rome, GA).
