The Carteret Ramblers basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Metuchen Bulldogs to 32 in the Ramblers league triumph on Friday.

The Ramblers now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland Park for a Greater Middlesex - Blue match on Monday, January 20. Carteret will meet a Owls squad coming off a 53-23 non-league win over Kennedy Memorial (Iselin, NJ). The Owls record now stands at 5-3.

The Bulldogs now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to J.P. Stevens for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18.
