In Friday's league contest, the visiting Ness City Eagles basketball team scored a big 64-28 triumph over the Chase Kats.
The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Buffaloes go into the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Rawlins County smashed Greeley County (Tribune, KS), 47-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Kats confront the Fairfield Falcons (Langdon, KS) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 23. Chase will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 43-22 non-league loss to Reno County HomeSchool (Hutchinson, KS).
