Oregon High School Basketball - Salem Academy routs Chemawa Indian

In Friday's league contest, the host Salem Academy Crusaders basketball team scored a big 71-23 triumph over the Chemawa Indian Braves.
The Crusaders (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Pioneers go into the 2A Tri-River contest with a 12-2 record. In their last match, Western Christian overwhelmed Santiam (Mill City, OR), 46-17, in a league match.
The Braves now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Regis for a 2A Tri-River match on Tuesday, January 21. Chemawa Indian will face a Rams squad coming off a 37-35 league loss to Colton (Colton, OR). The Rams record now stands at 5-10.
