Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Langtree Charter Academy Lions (Mooresville, NC), 65-28 in a league match.
With the victory, Community School of Davidson upgrades its record to 10-5 on the year. The Spartans host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to face the Pride in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores match on Tuesday, January 21. The Pride enter the match with a record of 4-11. Pine Lake Prep won 33-29 in their recent league match against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC)
The Lions now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Christ the King for a 1A/2A Catawba Shores match on Tuesday, January 21. Langtree Charter Academy will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 50-26 league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-4.
