The Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) basketball crushed the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), 82-5 in Friday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they host Greater Atlanta Christian for a AAA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Dawson County will play a Spartans team coming off a 36-35 non-league loss to Athens Academy (Athens, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Johnson falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-16. Flowery Branch lost 57-10 in their recent league bout against Madison County (Danielsville, GA)
