In Friday's league contest, the host Fayetteville Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 73-43 win over the Rogers Mountaineers.

The Bulldogs (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bentonville West (Centerton, AR). The Wolverines come into the 6A West contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Bentonville West was trounced by Springdale (Springdale, AR), 54-26, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Mountaineers battle the Bentonville Tigers (Bentonville, AR) in a 6A West contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Rogers will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 10-7 record after their 56-42 league loss to Northside (Fort Smith, AR).
