The Rangers (19-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Andrews (Andrews, TX). The Mustangs come into the 4A Region I District 3 challenge with a 15-13 record. In their last challenge, Andrews trounced Monahans (Monahans, TX), 42-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX) in a 4A Region I District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Fort Stockton will attempt to improve on its 15-12 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 22-6 record after their 94-17 league win over Pecos (Pecos, TX).
