Nebraska High School Basketball - Howells-Dodge victorious over Wisner-Pilger

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Howells-Dodge Jaguars basketball team scored a good 46-31 triumph over the Wisner-Pilger Gators.

The Jaguars (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mead (Mead, NE). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Mead topped Boys Town (Boys Town, NE), 42-36, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Gators confront the Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Wisner-Pilger will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The go into the contest with a 7-6 record after their 51-37 non-league loss to North Bend Central (North Bend, NE).
