In Friday's league contest, the host Hudson Explorers basketball team scored a good 47-39 win over the Nordonia Knights.
The Explorers (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Tallmadge defeated Cuyahoga Falls (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 45-17, in a league contest.
