The Marist Spartans basketball squad (Eugene, OR), lost 46-35 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR)
With the victory, Marshfield advances its record to 8-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Junction City (Junction City, OR) to meet the Tigers in a 4A Sky Em battle on Friday, January 24. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 8-6.
The Spartans now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Junction City for a 4A Sky Em battle on Tuesday, January 21. Marist will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 50-45 league win over Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 8-6.
