The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY) and the visiting Mohonasen Warriors (Schenectady, NY), observed Troy's basketball team overwhelm Mohonasen by a score of 55-28.

The Flying Horses (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake was routed by Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY), 54-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Thomas Jefferson Campus Orange Wave (Brooklyn, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Mohonasen will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Orange Wave come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 43-32 league win over Brooklyn College Academy (Brooklyn, NY).
