The Miners (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 9-12 record. In their last challenge, Pahrump Valley edged Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas (Henderson, NV), 49-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Rattlers encounter the Basic Wolves (Henderson, NV) in a 4A Desert challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Mojave will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 40-33 non-league win over Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV).
