With the victory, Palmview advances its record to 22-7 on the year. The Lobos host Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX) to meet the Patriots in a 5A Region IV District 30 battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Patriots enter the battle with a record of 12-10.
The Mustangs now own a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martin for a 5A Region IV District 30 battle on Wednesday, January 22. Nixon will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 38-32 league loss to Mission (Mission, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 12-17.
