Temple Academy Bereans (Waterville, ME) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting North Haven Hawks (North Haven, ME), 61-26 in a league match.

With the victory, Temple Academy advances its record to 8-7 on the year. The Bereans travel to Vinalhaven (Vinalhaven, ME) to face the Vikings in a D South match on Monday, January 20. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 3-5.

The Hawks now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carrabec for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. North Haven will face a Cobras squad coming off a 53-32 league win over Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Cobras record now stands at 8-3.
