The Platteville Hillmen basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Prairie du Chien Blackhawks to 47 in the Hillmen league triumph on Friday.

The Hillmen now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Horeb for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Platteville will confront a Vikings team coming off a 68-53 non-league loss to Oregon (Oregon, WI). The Vikings record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Prairie du Chien falls to 15-1 on the campaign. The Blackhawks host Barneveld (Barneveld, WI) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 10-4. Barneveld won 80-68 in their recent league game against Pecatonica/Argyle (Blanchardville, WI)
