In Friday's league contest, the host Warden Cougars basketball team scored a good 50-34 triumph over the River View Panthers.
The Cougars (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Okanogan (Okanogan, WA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Okanogan topped Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA), 50-42, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Granger Spartans (Granger, WA) in a 2B Eastern Washington - East contest, on Tuesday, January 21. River View will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 2-15 record after their 59-24 non-league loss to Connell (Connell, WA).
