Georgia High School Basketball - Whitewater overwhelmed by Troup County

The Troup County Tigers bounced the host Whitewater Wildcats basketball squad by a final score of 57-8 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA) in a AAA Region 2 outing, on Saturday, January 18. Troup County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Grangers come into the outing with a 4-13 record after their 63-21 league loss to Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA).

The Wildcats (0-19) will now prepare for their outing against Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Panthers come into the non-league outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Starr's Mill routed Northside (Columbus, GA), 67-41, in a league outing.
