Washington High School Basketball - Auburn routs Mt. Rainier

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Auburn Trojans basketball team scored a big 56-10 triumph over the Mt. Rainier Rams.

The Trojans (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA). The Lancers go into the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Kennedy Catholic was trounced by Kentridge (Kent, WA), 41-30, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Mt. Rainier will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 11-2 record after their 51-12 non-league win over Kentwood (Covington, WA).
