In Friday's non-league test, the McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC), by a final score of 57-34.

Next, the Titans clash with the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 24. McDowell will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 46-26 non-league loss to A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC).

The Warriors (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Enka (Enka, NC). The Jets come into the non-league test with a 0-4 record.
