The Frederick Golden Eagles basketball team scored 35 points and limited the host Mead Mavericks to 32 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Eagles now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Legacy for a game on Tuesday, January 21.
With the loss, Mead falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Niwot (Niwot, CO) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 5-6.
