The Wolverines (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against La Conner (La Conner, WA). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, La Conner was tipped by Mount Vernon Christian (Mount Vernon, WA), 34-31, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Lummi Blackhawks (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Orcas Island will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Blackhawks go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 37-10 non-league win over Grace Academy (Marysville, WA).
