The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against Hallsville (Hallsville, TX). The Bobcats enter the 5A Region 2 District 10 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Hallsville Texas (Texarkana, TX), 1-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Lions confront the Marshall Mavericks (Marshall, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 10 outing, on Monday, January 20. Tyler will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Mavericks enter the outing with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX).
