In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Albemarle Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 70-16 win over the Gray Stone Day Knights.
The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC). The Stallions come into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Greater Cabarrus Stallions smashed NC Heat (Greensboro, NC), 50-38, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Gray Stone Day will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record.
