The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA) and the host Hayward Farmers (Hayward, CA), observed Arroyo's basketball team knock off Hayward by a score of 57-44.

The Dons (15-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedy (Fremont, CA). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Kennedy dropped by James Logan (Union City, CA), 48-24, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Farmers encounter the Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Hayward will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
