North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashbrook knocks off North Gaston

January 17, 2025: Gastonia, NC 28054

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Ashbrook Greenwave basketball team scored a good 55-35 win over the North Gaston Wildcats.

The Greenwave (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Huss was topped by Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC), 70-67, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 21. North Gaston will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record.
