The Bertie Falcons basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Washington County Panthers to 44 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.
The Falcons now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Perquimans for a game on Tuesday, January 21. Bertie will confront a Pirates team coming off a 72-62 non-league loss to Martin County (Williamston, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
