With the victory, Currituck County advances its record to 3-7 on the year. The Knights host Holmes (Edenton, NC) to face the Aces in a match on Saturday, January 18. The Aces enter the match with a record of 3-4. Holmes won 71-61 in their recent league match against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC)

The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pasquotank County for a non-league match on Friday, January 24.
