California High School Basketball - Helix routs El Capitan

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Helix Highlanders basketball team scored a big 63-23 triumph over the El Capitan Vaqueros.
The Highlanders (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Monarchs go into the contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Monte Vista was trounced by Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA), 76-19, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Vaqueros confront the Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 21. El Capitan will attempt to better on its 4-14 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 3-9 record after their 63-48 league loss to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA).
