North Carolina High School Basketball - Erwin trounced by McDowell

The Erwin Warriors basketball squad (Asheville, NC), was crushed 46-24 in Friday's non-league battle with the host McDowell Titans (Marion, NC)

With the victory, McDowell advances its record to 10-0 on the year. The Titans travel to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to meet the Rams in a non-league battle on Friday, January 24. The Rams enter the battle with a record of 10-2. T.C. Roberson won 49-36 in their recent non-league battle against A.C. Reynolds (Asheville, NC)

The Warriors now own a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Buncombe for a battle on Tuesday, January 21. Erwin will meet a Black Hawks squad coming off a 43-39 league loss to Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Black Hawks record now stands at 5-6.
