In Friday's league contest, the host Grace Christian School Kings basketball team scored a close 45-42 win over the Richmond Christian Warriors.
The Kings (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Steward (Richmond, VA). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Steward was tipped by Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA), 52-34, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Veritas School Lions (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Richmond Christian will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 33-31 non-league loss to Richmond Christian (Chesterfield, VA).
