California High School Basketball - Venice holds off Los Angeles CES

In Friday's league contest, the host Venice Gondoliers basketball team scored a close 53-49 triumph over the Los Angeles CES Unicorns.
The Gondoliers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against University (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats go into the contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, University was tipped by Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA), 56-45, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Unicorns confront the Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) in a contest, on Thursday, January 23. Los Angeles CES will attempt to better on its 6-10 season record.
