California High School Basketball - Santa Paula nips Nordhoff

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Santa Paula Cardinals basketball team scored a close 47-41 win over the Nordhoff Rangers.
The Cardinals (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Foothill Tech edged Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA), 63-21, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rangers battle the St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Nordhoff will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Seraphs come into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 53-50 non-league win over Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA).
