North Carolina High School Basketball - North Lincoln knocks off West Iredell

In Friday's non-league contest, the host North Lincoln Knights basketball team scored a good 60-41 win over the West Iredell Warriors.

The Knights (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs come into the contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, East Lincoln dropped by St. Stephens (Hickory, NC), 40-39, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. West Iredell will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Raiders come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 42-35 league loss to Statesville (Statesville, NC).
