In Friday's league contest, the visiting Sherman Indian Braves basketball team scored a close 52-48 triumph over the United Christian Academy Eagles.
The Braves (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against California Lutheran (Wildomar, CA). The C-Hawks go into the contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, California Lutheran was tipped by Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA), 51-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Big Bear Bears (Big Bear City, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. United Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record.
