In Friday's non-league contest, the host Wayne Christian Academy Eagle basketball team scored a good 38-21 triumph over the Southside Christian Patriots.
The Eagle (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Victory Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL). The Soldiers go into the contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Victory Christian Academy was topped by Brunswick Christian Academy (Brunswick, GA), 37-21, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Patriots battle the Faith Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders (Ludowici, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 30. Southside Christian will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
