The Coleman Bluecats basketball team (Coleman, TX), was nudged 40-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Colorado Wolves (Colorado City, TX)
The Wolves now possess a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roscoe for a 2A Region I District 8 battle on Friday, January 21. Colorado will confront a Plowboys team coming off a 49-27 league loss to Winters (Winters, TX). The Plowboys record now stands at 2-7.
The Bluecats (9-11) will now prepare for their battle against Forsan (Forsan, TX). The Buffaloes come into the 2A Region I District 8 battle with a 15-7 record. In their last battle, Forsan was nudged by Miles (Miles, TX), 57-52, in a league battle.
